Ilhance ships orders from its international warehouse. Shipping availability may vary by destination. Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 1 hours after placing it, as long as the order has not yet entered the processing stage.

Once the 1-hour cancellation window has passed, or if the order has already been processed, the order can no longer be cancelled. In that case, our Return & Refund Policy will apply after delivery.
